The North West Department of Health today took a decision to indefinitely close Mmabatho College of Nursing.
The decision follows nursing students’ refusal to end two weeks long illegal strike.
Students were given until Saturday, 08 September 2012 to vacate the college.

Rustenburg - Twenty-five people were killed in a shoot-out between police and miners at the Lonmin mine in Marikana,
Rustenburg, the North West health department said on Friday. "The death toll is standing on 25," provincial health
